Our mission

The Woolford Group helps individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their goals and realize their potential.  Coaching, consulting, training, and workshops are the tools we use in partnership with our clients.

Our company

The Woolford Group is organized into three key areas: Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, and Business Development.  Our Human Resource Development team focuses on coaching and stress management.  The Organizational Development group focuses on organizational communication and process improvement. Our Business Development team specializes in business coaching, web development,

and writing/editing. 

Our President

Curt Woolford, President and CEO, founded The Woolford Group in 1998. Curt has an extensive business background, including Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Business Development, Marketing Communications, and Information Technology.    Curt is an experienced coach, trainer, and workshop facilitator. He has over ten years experience coaching, consulting, and training in the areas of personal and professional development, stress management, and organizational communication. With a master's in Educational Psychology, Curt brings a deep awareness of the assessment and learning process to his coaching, consulting, training, and workshops.
